Lic. iur. Michael Tuchschmid, Advisory Board Member

Michael Tuchschmid worked for Jacobs Holding AG, Zurich, for more than 12 years, first as Corporate Secretary and for the last 5 years as CFO / Corporate Secretary; he was responsible for finance, HR and corporate legal affairs. Michael started his career as an auditor at KPMG. Afterwards he worked as law clerk at the Commercial Court of Aargau and as attorney at law at a Zurich based law firm with focus on commercial litigation and arbitration. 

Michael has completed a Master of Law at the University of Zurich and, in addition, has studied at the University of Paris X. He was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) by the Bond University, Australia. 

Fritz Kläy, Advisory Board Member

"The impossible doesn’t exist", a principle that Fritz Kläy has followed his entire life.

After taking over his parents' business in the field of mechanical security in 1979, Fritz Kläy, the trained metal construction locksmith built up the area of specialized security technology. In 1995 the highly rated and perfectly sophisticated security systems known throughout Switzerland as well as the umbrella brand SAFOS were established. At the same time, Fritz Kläy studied business administration for SMEs at HSG St. Gallen. His appointment to expert committees such as EMPA and SIA underline Fritz Kläy's practical, strategic and operational professionalism. In 2014, he handed over the operating business to his nephew Thomas Kläy. He remains member of the board of directors of SAFOS AG in Wangen ZH.
