Monika Pirovino-Zürcher has put her heart and soul into service management for over 30 years. She feels at home in the strategic as well as operational arena. She has gained experience in various sectors such as health care, financial services, mobility, the public sector, tourism/hotels, in SMEs as well as large companies. Monika Pirovino-Zürcher excels at strategically developing an organisation, initiating change processes, and successfully mastering turnaround situations and crises. Those around her know Monika as an empathetic, agile leader, an entrepreneurial thinker and an outspoken doer. She has successfully completed further education such as tourism specialist, EMBA service management, institutional manager of health organisations, CAS conflict management, CAS advanced management (University of St. Gallen) and resilience trainer.

Chris Eckert, Delegate Director of the Board and CEO

Chris Eckert has been working independently as a senior consultant, criminologist and CSO in the areas of information security, forensics and crime prevention since 2009 and teaches on these topics as well as on social engineering at recognized training institutes. He is now lecturer and head of the CAS Business Protection at the HWZ “University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration” in Zurich. He has more than 35 years of experience in criminal investigation, first as head investigator with the Zurich Cantonal Police, then as commissioner of the Federal Criminal Police in the field of organized crime. Swiss Business Protection benefits from CEO Chris Eckert's overall strategic and operational experience in white-collar crime as well as industrial espionage. Within the company, he is also responsible for the areas of investigations and forensics, as well as due diligence and eavesdropping defense.

Thomas Winkler, Board Member, Director Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) and Company Protection

With his profound knowledge and wide-ranging experience, Thomas Winkler covers a broad spectrum of topics ranging from information technology and digitalisation to digital marketing and leadership. He is an early adopter in digital transformation and applications of new technologies.
For the past 20 years, he was a member of the executive board of Switzerland Tourism, where he headed Digital Management and IT department. In his role, Winkler was responsible for all digital platforms as well as for the global digital marketing & consulting.
Before joining Switzerland Tourism, he served at Oracle Corporation in various positions as Principal Consultant and eventually as Business Development Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
He studied Computer Science at the University of Applied Sciences in Brugg Windisch and graduated as a Computer Science Engineer FH. Afterwards, ongoing further training in the areas of leadership, IT project management and Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM).

Alexander Noll, Board Member and CFO

After completing his commercial apprenticeship, Alexander Noll earned his spurs working for various companies in different sectors. He completed his higher education as Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling with honours. This was the fundament for a long career in public administration. He has been member of the Executive Board for more than 20 years and is currently responsible for all financial matters for an organisation unit counting around 550 employees and with an annual turnover of over CHF 500 million. He continues to develop the strategic direction in financial matters and, as Head of Finance at operational level, ensures the day-to-day business in the areas of finance, IT and legal affairs, among others. As the management's quality officer, he also ensures the company's ISO certification.

As Head of Finance at Swiss Business Protection (SBP) AG, he is responsible for all financial matters and contributes his extensive and varied specialist and management expertise. He also supports SBP employees in projects relating to financial law matters.
